For OTG arrows to work you need a slight half second pause after the air knockdown before you do the arrow input. If you do it too early or too late it won't work. I found it best to do the arrow input when Task is halfway down from landing on the ground.

I'm also having a really hard time trying to consistently get the OTG arrows into relaunch sequence.

Is there a trick to the timing of the OtG arrows? I'm just sorta trying to feel it and it's really inconsistent. That method is definitely impossible online.
