That is a beautiful plate and I vet it is delicious. I love the idea for the sauce and using all of it over pasta blew me away. Your knife handling and use of a wooden cutting board for meat and using the cutting board for the onions also are the only things that bothered me. Also don't forget that minimum core temp for pork is 160 degrees F. Other than that I loved the video and I will be using this video to make this myself. :)
