Bought the CS4 and was Dissapointed!!! You can't open the corkscrew without opening/lifting the can opener first. Can't open the saw blade without opening the awl blade. Be careful when replacing the saw as it tends not to sit straight in the knife and the awl wont close unless you pull the saw blade back into the correct path. Pretty good other than those flaws. Definately doesn't hold a candle to my victorinox
@captainpegs07 No, pink or gray. IMO I don't like the C2. The cork screw doesn't work very well, if you're camping you'll want to bring a better one, a lot of wines are twist off now, it makes the grip less comfortable and you give up the awesome scissors. I have an S2 but if you want the cork screw get the CS4.
wine isn`t very expensive, i was at a party, and i was glad, that i had got a juice CS 4 on me, cause nobody there had a corkscrew and i wanted that pinot grigio ;- )
I cant believe Leatherman retired the KF4 that had a plain edge knife, serated knife blade, Diamond file, awl, and saw blade all on the series 4 chassis..... Yet they kept the C2 and CS4 in production up until the present???...
They should make a KFS4... the 4 series juice chassis containing Plain edge Knife, sissors Diamond file, saw, and awl... Basically the retired KF4 with sissors replacing the superfluous serated blade....It would be the ultimate EDC juice.. They would sell MILLIONS.
Who are these people who in their EDC need a corkscrew? Are they winos, no they can't be winos because corked wine costs too much. I am just wondering are they really opening wine with the corkscrew or is there another use for the corkscrew that escapes me. Does Leatherman put the corkscrew on just to appeal to the "wine and cheese" crowd, where it never really gets used that much but is there just to sell Leathermans to a market segment that would not buy a multitool otherwise.
@monkeyboy4746 There's some of that. "A meal without wine is like a day without sunshine," as Brillat-Savarin said. Especially in Europe, it is a daily beverage.
If you enjoyed picnicking a lot, or visiting wine country, a multitool with a corkscrew might make sense. Or you find yourself over at a friend's house and you brought a bottle of wine as a party gift, but they can't find that old corkscrew in the "junk drawer"...
Can you post the dimensions on these? I know they are all 3.25 inches long when closed, but what is the difference in the width and the thickness of these? I'm trying to figure out how feasible they are for EDC and those measurements would really help.
Nice review. I think it would be better if you gave us a side view of all the tools so we can compare how thick they are to each other. That's something to consider when choosing which tool to buy.
does the xe6 is really heavier than the c2 and the cs4 ?

I want a KF4! Google: petitiononline KF4 and sign the petition to bring back the KF4 (with or without sissors)

Excellent video. Leatherman should have a detailed video like this on their website showing/explaining the diffs in the different Juice tools.

@monkeyboy4746 say your out at a restaurant and its a byob, your edc leatherman with a corkscrew would come in handy then now wouldnt it
emb876 1 year ago
@monkeyboy4746 You can put a mini screwdriver in it or just use the corkscrew to un-tie lashes/ropes/paracords etc.

what no can opener O.o
haha48 2 years ago
The tip of the bottle opener can be used to cut open cans. It works, but Victorinox's can opener works best.
