Problem was surrounding the use of the theme music from the Transormers film, al MGM content is now muted when attempted to upload to youtube, do a quick google search, theres a lot of articles about this subject. Unfortunately not youtubes fault but the content owners are getting very pernickety about use of their content now, which will have a big impact on user created content.
