You forgot to mention that the UK has NEVER had a large tournament. That it costs twice as much to travel to California from the UK and probably 3 times as long. That we still can't use Shining, and won't get to use Shock Ruler or Acid Golem for a year after. AND that there are barely any regionals (5 a year). I think we deserve it, just a little.
I'm actually from Brighton and this will be the first YCS for me also and I have to say that with what you've said in that video, I do have to sympathise to you guys, i'm not sure why we in Europe do get the better prizes, It might be because there is a wider community of YGO players in Europe than there are in North America, meaning they have a wider target audience meaning they can get more people to go and make prizes better. I dunno, I'm just guessing it's a simple business thing.
Please be serious, don't compare North America yugioh support with european support. Specialy look at the price of the cards, in USA a booster box is more o less 50€ , in Europe is near 80-90€. Ok, maybe you have much more players and this is one of the most important reason to have those advantages but please, don't complain about one good price for ONLY THE WINNER in one of the 2 or 3 YSC per year that we have here...
one thing you guys do get is duel terminals... we have to wait freaking forever for some crappy set that costs about 50 pence less than normal just to hope and pray to god you net a half decent holo (trish, brio, catastor) yeah i'm on about our crappy hidden arsenal...
