Has it ever occured to you that perhaps Konan, the broad with the black hair is perhaps Nagato in disguise and the recent body Pain brought out to replace the abducted one is really Konan?
However, I don't rule out Nagato as being Tobi, he may be conjoined with someone else, whether it be physically or mentally.
same as how he does it with his pein bodies. he can "possess" them maybe. after all, we've never seen madara's face and he might have bolts and piercings as well

We dont know anything about her except that she came from the whirlpool village, and the word uzamaki means swirling whirlpool of power. So the keke-genkai was passed down into naruto, but its still dormant in him. So when he awakens the Uchiha power that itachi gave him, itll combine with the uzamaki keke-genkai, and create an entirely new doujutsu (eye technique) i donno, just a thought.

In fact now that I think about it, it probably is an Octopus since they normally do have 8 tentacles. This Jinchuuriki also hates sunlight so if Sasuke has to fight him at night he's going to be at a disadvantage.

My only question is will Sasuke too suffer from gradual blindness or has Itachi's transferring of his own Mangekyou's powers to Sasuke eliminated the gradual blindness.

sorry mate but the rinnegan is the strongest eye technique in the naruto world and so far pein is the strongest but we havent seen the full extent of its powers or the eternal sharingan. but then again why would pein follow orders from madara??
im not sure about that the rinnegan is the strongest...the rinnegan only gives you the ability to control all elemental jutsus...so one is able to learn all jutsus( no blood line) i think sharingan is stronger cause its blood line limit, and sasukes sharingan is able to kill everyone now i think

The Rinnengan is the strongest Doujutsu, read the description of the Samsara Eye and you'll understand why the Sharingan pales in comparison.
