it can be a spinning top maybe it can be a prepeller just grap the pointer and turn and spin it will fly maybe.....

@BlackzCandyz Believe me! I've tried that. It flies sorta like a frisbee. I've also tried to make one of those wooden helicopter spinny thingees from a sunken waterbomb base (either two or three propeller blades and the remaining points become the vertical stick that you twist) Sorta worked but it doesn't fly too well.

@jeremyshaferorigami thanks! Also I made the spinning top and it is absolutely brilliant. My friends keep asking me how I did it. So of course I told them about this channel and they are now origami crazy. You should see them in lesson time! Folding away at any spare paper. Love your videos, very inspiring. Keep it up!

Hi Jeremy. I couldn't wait until Christmas to get your book. I ended up getting both. I hope I have a tax refund coming. I made the top in the video and uploaded my results. I'm not sure I've got all the folds in there as I quit referring to the book and video after the 6th or 7th top - or was it the 26th or 27th?. Sometimes when I think I've got it all set in memory, something squeezes out.

@RandomRhino1 patience grasshopper. I'll probably eventually do a nail clippers tutorial, but honestly I have about 60 other videos I want to do first... ones that are easier and will probably have higher success rate. Have you tried to fold the nailclippers from the diagrams?

@danbergam Thanks Dan. I once folded it from 10 inch duo foil. It made a really cool color mixer and spun for about 20 seconds.
