No she doesn't. She's using electronic distortion to change her voice in that one song. (Possibly others as well, not overly familiar with her work.) This becomes obvious if you listen to the full song.

it started on an episode of the OC, a dramatic shooting scene .. SNL (saturday night life) spoofed it .. then from there, lots of other spoofs came up .. the song is hide and seek by imogene heap, it's a great song dealing with the Holocaust ..
