It is somewhat of an insult to Morrison. But then again, I couldn't say. Morrison would be somewhat insulted if we were to say how he felt. It's funny though. They turned a work of poetry based on the oedipus complex into a dance club theme that every MDMA ridden queer on south beach shakes his HIV infected ass to. that being said, not too bad of a remix. the original is 100X better though. you can't remix or cover the doors better than they did originally. it's just impossible.

And Rock and DIsco are two type of music very different e with a different philosophy, disco music are only commercial music for dance and buy cd's, rock music is born for transmit emotions and feelings.
