oh he is so beautiful is he not..and i love him LOADS lol. but my alltime favourite skater has to be alexei yagudin and the more i watch this programme the more i think hey lol, i know joubert did training with yagudin at some point and alot of yagudins moves are in here haha. he really paid off on joubert :):) alot better spins and the footwork is tonnes better, though yagudin is very very tough to beat in the footwork department. love them both =D

I am always happy to find Yagudin-style footwork in Joubert's performance. Since yagudin has retired, at least we have opportunity to watch his fast and amazing footwork through Joubert, whose speed and energy is unmatchable by anyone else in the eligible competition.

Why wasn´t he in GPF 2007?

He fell ill just a couple of days after Skate Canada and couldn´t compete at Trophee Eric Bompard. Therefore, he couldn´t qualify for the GPF. However, he´ll be at the Euros -and so will I! :)
