lol, I'm siphoning my inmate wine today, going to freeze it, and then giving a couple bottles away to some friends in spare beer bottles I have lying around. Sunday we're bottling our beer though, thats got me excited I can't wait two weeks I want to drink it now!!

one thing I'd say Darren, if you unsure on anything, check on the net, some wine Kit Instructions are notoriously 'vague'

Tell me bout it lol, the instructions told me to add the yeast into te mixing pot before I poured it in the demijohn... but I didn't listen lol and done the way I'm used to.

probaly doesn't matter, I just prefer to rehydrate the yeast first, so I know its' good :)

I usually use an empty cleaned jam jar, add a bit sugar and some warm water, to rehydrate the yeast, leave it for 15 mins, and then I know the yeast is good
