Ya know, those that choose to throw stones should not live in glass houses. That being said, if you knew Cathy you would know that she is blessed with a beautiful voice and that those that know her are blessed in that she shares this talent with us. God's blessings Cathy. Love.
Oh and it's not courage that got her up there to sing like that, it was stupidity, irrationality and lack of friends to tell her not to make a fool of herself. If that's the best singer in that town, American Idol should just turn anybody from there away without even an audition.

Those people in the stands are probably her family and friends. It's always good to cheer the less talented to give them confidence.

Clearly you don't know anything. It doesn't take much courage to insult someone who is far more talented than you anonymously, but it takes alot to do what she does in front of all those people. Think before you post next time a-hole.
