It's kinda hard not to obsess over it Mark, because I suffer from Panic attack disorder where my heart starts racing and my palms get sweaty and i feel a need to run...it's hard but, im willing to keep trying..when you say "be still" I usually sit and meditate..I quiet my mind...so i can think...I listen to alot of guided meditations..and it helps..

@hotchick Ever try doing a gratitude journal? It's an amazing thing to do! Oprah guaranteed it and it's helped transform my life when I was suicidal at 16. You basically write a minimum of 10 new things to be thankful for everyday before you go to bed. Be consistent to see and experience your life change! My father is suffering from depression. He is constantly worrying about things like we don't have enough money, his past, regrets and many more. He is an unbeliever and he came from a very intellectual family so it's hard for him to have faith that God is real.

Once I asked him why can't he sleep at night. He told me because he constantly worry about things. I answered, don't you have any faith that tomorrow will be a good day? He replied, No, DEFINITELY not. I don't know what to do.
