Hi, the piece is again by Ravel and it's #3 from "Ma mère L'Oye" (Cinq pièces enfantiles pour piano à quatre mains): "Laideronnette impératrice des pagodes"
I suggest you also to listen to Labeques' recording of Stravinsky's Concerto for two pianos (Philips CD 420 822-2)
