  • The Sopranos is based of the Decalvacante family and when I watched a documentary about them the guy who Tonys based off of get ratted out at the end just like the last episode of the Sopranos where they imply that Carlo rolled over to the cops.So the answer to "what happends to Tony" is that he gets ratted out by Carlo and the Sopranos are dismantled by the Fbi just like the Decalvacante family

  • Silviooooooo, hot damned he is a sexy motherfucker.

  • he didnt deserv do die :(

  • yah tony does die at the end everyone i know says he didnt then i show them different scenes that point to YES

  • @nappa666 its all interpretive. everyone sees things through a different lense based off various life experiences and upbringings. There's isn't a definitive answer as to what happened in the end because it wasn't shown. it's up to you to decide for yourself what happened.

  • @captainrawn253 i hear ya but most people want happy endings but in life theres not always happy endings

  • i am watching the first series again now and the Silvio character in the first series is not the same as the one i am watching here its almost like the actor Steve v Zandt got bored and decided to play it as himself

  • Season 1-4 = Silvio's weight was balanced

    Season 5 and 6 = WTF

  • @WakeUp320 That was the shows decision to have them gain weight for their roles.

  • They all get fatter until the end

  • My girlfriend waxes her flatbush.

  • 7 fucks cant be appeased

  • Miami Steve Van Zandt is a great guitar player too.

  • Just realized silvio looks pretty fat towards the end of the show haha

  • Classic scene

  • Raging bull!!! Love this scene. The whole episode actually. Actually the whole series lol

  • I love the music the sweeps into the room when Bobby enters. hilarious

  • Is it just me or is every film/tv show shit since Tony bought it?

  • man he got fat

  • "Flatbush Bikini Waxing" Absolutely brilliant.

  • does anyone know if there's a clip on youtube where all the docs sit at dinner, and Elliot leaks to everyone that Melfi is treating Tony? That's S6 P2

  • Goodbye Bobby. . .

  • boy did they get fat. compared to season 1 and 2

  • @mark41095 All that Italian food lol

  • @BlameItOnTheWhiteMan ...You can really see it here especially in Sil's face, I mean it's almost like he has 3 chins. All that pasta, bread and gabagool...LOL!

  • Silvio is by far, my favorite character on The Sopranos.

  • @pl0x3rzj00 :mine to^^Just when i thought i was out....They pull me back in ^^

  • What's the title of that song at the end?

  • Comment removed

  • Sil was always a stand up guy, one of the few that would never flip or rat his boys out

  • Just when he thought he was out... They pull him back in.

  • Flatbush bikini waxing? Flattering.

  • wow that theme is from raging bull i always thought it was godfather cuz im pretty sure i heard that theme in it

  • @rydininthesky616 I think you're right ! It sounds like the music( in Part 3 )that's playing in Michael Corleone's last moments

  • I like to think that despite the odds, Silvio came out of his coma after the show ended. It had already happened twice with Chris and Tony.

  • Love the look of recognition on both their faces with the Raging Bull theme

  • I never noticed how fat Silvio got.

  • That scene with the raging bull music is the scene that confirms Tony dies (in my mind)

all 3 of them sitting together for the last time, with a smile on there faces, And all 3 get hit.

  • @IRoosterManI That's an interesting insight, you could be right since the show is known for doing stuff like that

  • @IRoosterManI DONT STOP BELIEVING !!!!!

  • @IRoosterManI I know what you mean....if this scene doesn't qualify as poignant, i don't know what does

  • @IRoosterManI

correction, silvio never gets completely killed. In the story line, he's shot by those button-men, taken to an intensive care unit where he eventually slips into a coma, and is never supposed to regain consciousness. Just Fyi.

  • @IRoosterManI

Sad way for Silvios' chracter to "go", though. But, it could've been worse.

  • @IRoosterManI tony didnt get hit.

  • @IRoosterManI Shut the fuck up man :((( none gets hit. They all live happily ever after. Right? right? :((((

  • fuckinghell silvio got fat

  • Kinda weird at 1.04 Silvio takes a sip of the drink and then a second after, he don't have the drink in his hand anymore.

  • @RakoMyBacko How can you say that when you don't even see his hands?

  • Sil looks a little chubby here

  • Do not fuck with Sil!

  • whats the song in the background???

  • @skinnysumo1

It's the theme from Raging Bull by an Italian composer named Pietro Mascagni.

  • @quixoto thanks man

  • Poor Bobby, though. He only gets to be in a position of respect for such a short time. He'd have made a great number three. Definitely more loyal than Paulie, and more reliable than Chrissy. Even though Christopher was my favorite character, he was a crazy bastard.

  • I watch this show to cure my homesickness for Jersey.

  • @EroSennin6669 where do you live now@?

  • @qwertypluss Portland, Maine.

  • in the top 5 best tv characters ever.. and little stevie wasn't even an actor, what a trip

  • Does he call Bobby Buddah?

  • @Duecemoney1 only that time because he was being very quiet

  • So funny how despite the serious conversation they were having, they still had time to joke around. Priceless.

  • I agree, Blue Comet may have been the best episode of the series

  • I agree, Blue Comet may have been the best episode of the series

  • There are Cosby sweaters...and then there are Silvio suits.

  • @Oallright dude seriously, Silvio has the best suits in the world.

  • @Oallright LOL. Gary Glitter shoulder pads

  • god damn it. as the last seazon is about the collapse of tony'S kingdom, i've thought that silvio seeing the dilemmas of tony and he turns his back to him. but i've later realized although all the mistakes he saw in tony's leadership he backed him up. and i'm embarassed. silvio was the most real man in this group

  • silvio was the best, loyal till the end

  • WOW! go look at tony and especially silvo from season 1 to this clip, they gained A LOT of weight

  • @feeltheillinois james gandolfino actually said he didnt feel right playing the character skinny and that he felt he could get tonys mannerisms better when he was heavy

  • they really shouldnt have fucked up the hit on Phil, Bobby would still be alive if they didn't.

  • @cenahater5002 Its a fuckin tv show. Then there would have been no last episode - and no suspense for the rest of this episode.

  • @hahern

The last episode and the ending sucked, seems like they just wanted to end the series with a bang and kill everyone important off. I dont care what anyone says, the ending SUCKED, cut to black and nothing happens, fuck.

  • I love how the recognize the music from "Raging Bull" and then start playing around and imitating. Priceless.

  • they did it because it was the right thing to do. That was their code. If the situation was reversed they would of doen the samething. Chris Rosenberg (Demeo) wasn't a made guy so they had no choice but to clip him. It was a matter of keeping the business relations between the Gambinos and the Colombians in tact. Carlo was smart, thinking about business and profit making, wasnt becuase they didnt wanna fuck with them

  • the faux Boxing at the end between tony and silvio charmed the shit out of me. loved this fucking show.

  • The Raging Bull music was a nice touch.

  • 7 people deserved to be garroted by silvio for disliking this fine sopranos clip

  • Sopranos and Raging Bull together. Magnifent

  • That raging bull part at the end was the best.

  • I agree with maddingo, and that's why I believe this show was so popular. The characters were so realistic. They weren't models, and their imperfections made the show all the better to watch. Almost made you forget that these people are just actors, speaking from a script.

  • Cavelleria Rusticana in the backround lol;)

  • i've always wondered.... in real life would guys like this last a day in jail? i mean they're all overweight and out of shape. probably weak as shit too. then you got guys who are 6"5 and been pumping weight daily for 10 years. would these old fat men stand a chance? i realize they all got their connections inside and out of prison but would that be enough to get them through?

  • @samdogmc12 no they wouldnt last maybe the youngers guys but most likely they werent made guys..Back in the 60's and 70's los angeles crime family members were provided protection in cali state prison's from the mexican mafia.

  • @espinoza2110 i'm inclined to agree with you

  • @samdogmc12 It's about respect. These big time mobsters would get lots of respect from other criminals in jail.

  • @afarfainside but wouldn't taking one of these guys out earn you crazy respect in prison?

  • John Gotti himself had to pay protection money to black gangs in prison because they threatened to beat him senseless if he didn't.... this was when he was convicted at the end of his stay as head of the Gambino family. The Feds shipped Gotti off to an out of state prison where he had zero influence and connections. Also, the Italian mob is nowhere near the powerhouse that it used to be since the 1980s and before....

  • @maddingo12 wtf does a canadian fag like yourself know about the mob?shut the fuck up the italians are still not to be fucked with.

  • Go read some books jagg'off.. the Cosa Nostra's golden age is long past.

  • @maddingo12 punk bitch, while they have weakened they are still powerful.asswipe ,who rights those books?the fbi says that shit so it makes them look good.come to the bronx and tell me they are dead.now go watch a hockey game and drink a molson, bitchass.

  • @billybattsforprez He didn't say they're dead, he said their influence has drastically fallen. If you act like it hasn't you're a fucking moron. Also, cut the hostile shit, makes you look like an absolute fuck, nobody wants to see that.

  • @oloompop SUCK MY DICK YOU STUPID COCKSUCKER!I COULD GIVE A FUCK WHAT YOU THINK.

  • @billybattsforprez Then why do you get so angry and defensive? Hah, you're such a pathetic piece of trash you don't even understand your own thoughts.

  • @oloompop LOL,Pathetic?Your mom doesn't think so.

  • @billybattsforprez Congrats. I'm done with you, as I said you're pathetic. I actually feel sorry for you at this point. Run along now, and have "fuck every1's mom nigguh".

  • @oloompop Feel sorry?Don't i have a lot of money and a good job.I feel sorry for you,a grown man who lives in his paren'ts basement. Now that is truly pathetic.

  • @billybattsforprez 15 years old is a grown man? Nah friend, I do feel sorry for you. I feel sorry for you simply because of how you base your success. You merit yourself by having a lot of money, or whatever job you have (Which likely isn't even true) and according to your profile being Italian American.

I merit people by their character, something you have shown to have none of. You're a shitstain. When you die that money will be be inherited, and it will be the only thing people remember.

  • @billybattsforprez Then again, I've heard your story multiple times, so the only thing I can assume is you're a troll, which would mean you have no money, meaning the only thing in your life is your shitstain personality, which you use to troll people with (seeing as your profile is rather hilariously stereotyped). Either way you're still a shitstain. Cya.

  • @oloompop Beats being a cumstain...loser!

  • @billybattsforprez Well, I take that back, it will be the only NICE thing people remember. Because even as they pay their respects, you'll still be at the back of their mind. The fact you're a shitstain of a person, and that fact itself will leave a shitstain. That is the only thing you'll truly accomplish, leaving a massive shitstain. Enjoy your life.

P.S. Being proud of being Italian-American is dumb as fuck. Congrats on your natural genetic accident. Holy fuck you're stupid.

  • @oloompop i do not like nosy punks like yourself ,who think they know everything. If you are in the ny area we can have a face to face discussion.I will tear off your head and shit down your neck.

  • @billybattsforprez I love when someone ask's someone else on the internet to come and find them, so they can fight. biggest loser move in the world

  • @trench0989 yea,but you also love to suck cock.bitch

  • @maddingo12 go read the book 5 families, genius.it will tell you about the the fbi has been totally concentrating on terrorists threats since 9-11.thus the itialian mob has regained it's footing.

  • Regained it's footing? The mob has been ruined by concentrated FBI attention and operations since the 1980s. Omerta is long dead thanks to the witness protection program and sweet deals for snitches hell,a Bonnanno boss was himself a snitch and turned government state witness after 9/11.

  • @maddingo12 Actually you ARE right. first of all Five Families is EXCELLENT. but since 9/11 the FBI LCN task forces have been decreased by 3/4ths and the Mafia has regained some power. They are still not what they used to be but they are still a very viable threat. There is WAAAAAAAY more to this story but in short, LCN is alive and well.

  • The mob has no manpower! You need young people recruited into your ranks to ensure the future of your organization... by far and large, young Italian American men are not looking to join LCN in droves. The Russian mobs, Colombians and Asian groups have millions of poor young men looking for work... Italian Americans are probably more often than not going to college. It's no coincidence that as soon as Italians left the ghettos and were assimilated, the mob lost recruits.

  • @maddingo12 Thats a good take on it. I'm from norway so I'm not really qualified on this, but the italians really seem like the lesser evil when it comes to crime organizations in US.

  • @maddingo12 did they? Or maybe they are getting the russians, colombians and asians to do their dirty work for them and run the risk of being caught while they sit in their marble mansions and get the money? Thing is, who really knows what goes on in organised crime unless you're a part of it? We can only speculate by news reports or books we read, but unless you are in there, you'll never really know. And to be honest, I don't wanna know, to be always looking over both shoulders is hell

  • Colombians don't need the mob for anything-- drug/cocaine cartels make billions of dollars on an annual basis. What the mob makes in extortion, gambling and other rackets is peanuts in comparison. Also, who do you think supplies most drug dealers with their product? In reality, the LCN would never dare drip off a Colombian cartel because the Colombians have an endless supply of hit squads to send over to the USA to drop them down.

  • That episode in the Sopranos in season 1 and season 6 where they kill off a bunch of Colombians to steal their drug money is pure rubbish. In the 1970s Roy Demeo's (Gambino soldier) man (Chris Rosenberg) killed off a Colombian and stole his product, the Colombians demanded retribution... Carlo Gambino (boss) himself demanded that Demeo kill his close associate to appease the Colombians because they were pissed off. Even the Gambinos didn't want to fuck with them.

  • @maddingo12 The soldiers name was Rosenberg? Isn't that a Jewish name?

  • Chris Rosenberg (yes, he was Jewish) was a very close associate of Roy Demeo (Gambino Soldier).. so close that he would often call himself "Chris Demeo" (he viewed Roy as a father figure). Roy was heart broken when he had to kill Chris, and he stalled for weeks when he was ordered to do so by Carlo Gambino. The Colombians then threatened the Gambinos with war when Roy wasn't moving fast enough... the Gambinos didn't want a war with the Colombians.

  • @maddingo12 interesting stuff

  • @tryandlisten Read the book "Murder Machine." by Jerry Capeci... the book deals with Roy Demeo and his crew of associates. They dropped a lot of bodies in their day for the Gambinos and for themselves. Roy Demeo had such a vicious reputation that even John Gotti (then a capo) turned down the contract on Demeo because: "Roy's crew has too many killers in it.." Most crews have a guy or two who does the heavy stuff, but everyone in Roy's crew had blood on their hands.

  • @maddingo12 I think they were Cuban gangsters from Miami, El Negro and his people

  • The Italian mob does not have any manpower left. Italian Americans have long since been assimilated and are upstanding citizens. Cosa Nostra thrived when Italians were still living in ghettos. The mob needs young people to join their ranks to ensure their future..no one is joining. Whereas the Russians, Chinese, Colombians and other mobs have shit loads of poor young men looking to make a future for themselves in organized crime... because their is no legal alternative.

  • @maddingo12 he didnt pay black gangs he pay the aryan brotherhood for protection

  • everyone should take notes on Silvio. no one is loyal anymore.

  • BERT!!?????

  • whyd this show end again?

  • that music at the end is from the godfather

  • @1373anthony no, last 10 seconds are Raging Bull

  • @robt1985-why does silvio look so damn fat

  • @1373anthony Err...cuz Steve Van Zandt got fat?

  • How about posting the scene in which Tony calls for Tony, Sylvio, and Bobby to be whacked?

  • Of course in the very end who could forget!? Flatbush Bikini Waxing and Beauty Shoppe ;)

  • IS THAT SILVIO? HUH?

  • you know when HBO says the Sopranos is fiction there lying... maybe the scenes they made up... but the Sopranos were takin from the DeCavalcante family.. the real Nj mob family.. look it up

  • I feel like there was a conspiracy against Tony within his own organization. Burt was probably just the messenger. You can tell Tony is completely surprised that it would be Burt. And obviously Bobby and Sil wouldn't be involved. But I think Patsy def was. And maybe the Bareses. It makes sense.

  • Silvio has sexy hair

  • the intermezzo makes it so much better :P

  • silvio dante the greatest character ever !

  • sylvio ist fett geworden^^!

  • 310 thumbs up 7 dislikes i dont like dat!!!to many haters out der!

  • Silvio is the greatest.

  • Bobby gotta be a capricorn reminds me of my self so much lol

  • actuallu its kind of beautiful to see tony, silvio, and bobby in those last moments of fun innocence before the war between NJ and NY breaks out

  • It should be noted that Silvio would have likely killed Tony if he ever found out that he was the one who killed Ralph (over a horse).

  • tony really became a fat fuck in the last season

  • Fucked up how they got Bobby

  • Ironic because everyone in this video is destined to be whacked

  • if anyone knows the techno song played in the background when silvio tells tony about NY declaring war on NJ, let me know please because it sounds like a good track

  • great tv show and i have ever season but come on the last season they all went fatter

  • Haha nice Raging Bull reference at the end !

  • The thing I love about the Sopranos...is that the show is centered around a bunch of fat, balding, 40-50 year old men. I'm so sick of these CSI and other mainstream shit dramas with their fucking Calvin Klein underwear models playing detectives and mobsters. Fuck that shit.

  • @maddingo12 Ohh, a-fuckin-men. Plus these guys are all authentic Italo-Americans, with all the "OHH!" and "EYYY!" and "WHADDAFUUUCK"

  • @maddingo12 couldn't agree more :D

  • @maddingo12 CSI is for fags and retards with iq below 80

  • @maddingo12 Them and their heartburn and stomach acid. "I just finished my "biyalis." haha. Gotta love it.

  • @maddingo12 Why ca't i give you 1000 thumbs up?!

  • @maddingo12

I definitely agree with you, but you know, good-looking peeps tend to have more confidence so that they do can excel in life (usually, cept those lazy ones) and maybe rich mobsters can afford to have pretty wives so their kids take after their mothers ^^

  • @maddingo12 so fucking true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @CROOKLYNSNEWS true? come up to arthur ave, bitch.

  • @maddingo12 I thought the CSI cast was particularly ugly...

  • @maddingo12 your totally fucking spot on with that statement. the best comment i have ever seen on youtube

  • @maddingo12

exactly its realism. its not about good looking mobsters, its gritty fattys and greed

  • @maddingo12

well thats bcos the producers and directors and all them are realistic...i know what you mean...love the show.

  • Paulie and Silvio are the best!

  • @gobagool1 dont forget christopher fucking moltisanti and of course, little carmine who taught us that "A pint of blood costs more than a gallon of gold."

  • @gobagool1 Paulie was a goofball

  • silvio had the collest hair on the show and the coolest name Silvio Dante how cool is that lmao

  • @AnkushB : Apparently his wig cost $800 so my friend that went on The Sopranos tour told me.

  • @DieMenschMaschine85 haha wow really?

  • @AnkushB

no no no .. the paulie had the coolest hair !! q:

  • @AnkushB nah.....cooler name? tony soprano!

  • @mekishiko1919 lol it doesnt get cooler than silvio dante and plus how many mafiosos are named tony lol

  • Sil confronted Tony about his "problem with authority" and it pissed Tony off but Sil had the brains and balls to confront T in the first place and tell him how he and the others felt. Tony didnt like it and said they would be "dealt with in time" but was probably referring more so to Paulie. When the shit got even deeper tho Sil didnt agree with T's decision but was a loyal mf and was going along with the plan even if it meant the death of him. Loyal, stand-up guy.

  • wow I'm watching season 2 and wow the guy who played Silvio really let himself go over the year, hardly recognized him.
