Compare to Su-30MKI, it lacks a thrust vectoring control. All Chinese jets lack thrust vectoring control, which is key in avoiding radar guided missiles.
sorry to say this,but missiles nowadays are smart,it can program to counter countermeasures n can hit targets wit extreme maneuverability,some air to air missiles today av thrust vectoring,they also dont av to hit the enemy jet,most missiles today detonate near a plane,if su's manage to avoid the missile,the missile will explode sending small deadly fragments like a shotgun all over the place,the su nearby will be fill wit holes n probly cannot continue to fight,this aint 1990's n 80's..
LCA :engine from america, avionics from EU, radar from EU, need to be helped by the american engineers, indian spend more than 20 years to develop its LCA, now it still in testing , i think it's total shit like its national ajune Tank whiich is also take more then 20 years to make it(get it engine and weapon from german). they are total failure and shitttttttttt!!
