I am a qualified technician and I am so sick of hearing 'professionals' who have been in the business 2 minutes acting like they're above everyone else who use different methods. Get over yourself. to all those who think she is taking too long - If you want to go to a two-bit salon who prefer to get the money/customers in over actually taking the time to pay attention to health & Safety then go ahead. Your nails will be missed by no-one but you. This girl is showing how to sculpt a nail (which may I add not a lot of nail techs BOTHER to learn how to do). It's a great asset to your business and if the end result is a beautiful set of nails that have had care and attention administered to...

First of all, sculpting is not a fashion method, it's just one of many ways to do nails.

Second shes obviously showing us in the video how to achieve this look, therefore taking much longer than you would in a salon.

and third of all this is competition nails, so 7 min pr nail actually isn't long, it's fast.

Please all of you smart nailtch wannabees or "I have my nails done so I know all about it" stop those stupid comments and realize, this is a true artist, she's very talented.

It is overall an artificial nail, it's another method than using the plastic tip, this is making a tip from acrylic, it has quite a few benefits and can be done faster than this. What some people get or see is a plastic tip with acrylic overlay.

I use OPI and i have to put "Bondex" before putting acrylic, how come you did'nt used something similar? Maybe coz it s a different brand of powder?
