If you could do basic math you would understand it. The old man OBVIOUSLY only had a credit card and a $10 bill. The angel gave him 3 $20.00 bills. The old man put $10.00 with it which left him $5.55. When he returned home he said, I ONLY HAD $5.00 LEFT!!!!!! Did you hear him? The angel OBVIOUSLY heard the man tell the attendant "I only have $10.00 in cash" that's why the angel didn't give him the whole amount. Now please go back to school!

@Stressed2Capacity hey dummy if you listen to the story you hear nothing about him saying $10 was on card in fact he says authorization denied and he took it in to attendant it was still denied - he said the attendant overrode the tank to let him pump in $64.45 - he called his wife and brother because the card was still not working......man reaches around him and gives him $60 bucks - when he gets home he has $5.00 left - if he paid for gas that means he gave all the $60 with no change left!!!

To say otherwise is to sell humanity short. 60$ seems like a lot for most of us, but that gift lives on in this man that he has given it to, and in all of us who hear this story years later. Definitely a blessing, angel or no. Still, I won't dismiss that possibility, Was broken down once, small kids in the car, traffic all over, and stuck in the street. Sat there a long time with people honking and rude. About to risk being hit, and two guys show up from nowhere to push the car. BIG guys, I looked for them to offer a drink, and they were gone, and no one saw where they went. Helpful strangers or angels? Don't know, but grateful.

Seems like most angel experiences take place around cars and other vehicals. I was delivering mud flaps to an auto shop, one mud flap blew out of the pickup I was transporting them in, and blew onto the median of the highway I was traveling on. It was rush hour, and MANY cars were zipping by. I was about to become road kill by attempting to run to the median from where I parked. Guess what? Two guys in a van pulled over, FETCHED it for me. Before I could pay them, they drove off.

The next day, a man who owned the gas station down the street ran out of gas. He had a yellow antifreeze jug so drove him to his own gas station. The next day, went shopping. Out in the parking lot was a couple holding a yellow anitfreeze jug. I walked up,"You ran out of gas." They jumped. They were broke. I bought it.

I can relate I moved from Rhode Island to MS with every thing I owned inside of a 87 olds toronado It took me 2 days, about 100 MI from my destination I began to run out of gas, I pulled off the road in the dark I saw a light ahead so I pulled back onto the road and followed the light until I saw a small country gas station, I saw poeple going in and out I had no more money & was to shame to ask for a hand out, when this man came up to my car and gave me money for gas. I cried all the way home.

Oh I got an angel story IT took place when my grandparents went to Hawiia (sorry for spelling) THe beach was completly empty. My grandma went further out then she inteded and was drowning. A stranger walks up and says do you want me to save your wife? (1 how did he know it was his wife) of course he says yes. He saves her. he turns around to thank him The stranger is gone. My mom knew a woman who had a similar experience but on a road...And she had gotten lost on her way home and she was scared and she saw a stranger in a telephone booth in the middle of a deserted road or something and she walked up to ask him for directions while he was on the phone and before she had said anything he was telling her to not worry that she'll see her kids soon and some other stuff i forgot then he dissapeared...She believed it was an angel
