No they cannot save meerkats and the reason is simple. If the scientists saved everyone who really should have died you will have overpopulation of meerkats leading to diseases that happen from overcrowding as well as starvation occurring sooner because resources are used up sooner.

There's a distinct difference between saving a rhino and a meerkat. If you haven't noticed meerkats can breed up to 3 times a year where a rhino gestation is 16 months and a rhino is 24 months . Now from these examples you tell me where the overpopulation can occur and what damage it can do to the mob as a result. I 'm 56 years with a zoology degree in animal sciences. As for the dumb narrator, it's a safe guess that this is meant for some kids' show on the NG channel. If you watch NG's other videos here on YouTube, they have other narrators. I'm also not certain why there there seem to be some misguided attempts to use a kids' show narrator to label American narrators as stupid.
