@TidalSnow1 as you should have noticed, any Call of Duty game lets you control various characters. In this mission both Ghost and Roach die because of Shepherd. In the meantime, Cpt. Price and Soap also get betrayed, however they survive. You can hear in the following cutscene that Soap is desperately trying to talk to Ghost (dead).

In short, after this mission you control Soap.
