My husband has Alzheimer's. It's so sad to watch this once talented man decline.
What's worse his refusal to believe it, and the taking away the keys to his beloved car. Needless to say his moods, it's like being on a very scary rollercoaster.
Thank you so much for posting. No one that I know understands what I am going through, at 30 years old, working full-time and caring for a severely mentally ill loved one. It is so absolutely overwhelming that there are days I just think I can't go on. It helps to know I am not the only one!
Thank you for sharing this, I am a full time caregiver to my 83 year old Mom. My brother passed away from M,S. about 18 months ago.
