most of the jokes are from his Fame show or earlier, but there are funny new bits in this- the fact that hes watching himself on the plane tv n laughing his head off is hilarious and how he then goes onto talk to bowie about it was great :) and the fact that he sleeps with all his trophies is brilliant :)

Massive Gervais fan and his commitment to playing the over the top cocky and self-centred star i find constantly funny - particularly when people who dont get it think that that is really the way he is. Only criticism is he recycles his material - the bit about the hosepipe ban has appeared in pretty much everything he has done. Considering how savvy he is with modern media he should be more aware that fans have access to everything he does almost instantly. Tho he may know and just not care!

Not saying it's easy to look natural when your lines and your scenes were prepared 3 days in advance, but still, this looked pointless to me.
