Just because they're famous doesn't make them "good." What's good to one person is bad to another. Certain people will believe Maroon 5 sucks (like I do), but others think they're good. But don't judge the talent of a band because of popularity. Some good ones these days aren't famous, but that doesn't mean they aren't good. Today's age of music shows that not all famous bands have to be good.
Techn9ne is my favorite rapper, he didn't start off famous so i know that famous doesnt always equal talent. But in this case maroon 5 write their own lyrics and music and it bumps on my 12's and sounds good and makes sense, to me thats good. A lot of great artist arent famous like atmosphere or murs from living legends, they have talent and they will be famous soon. to each their own
