Very good work. My only 2 cents to help would be that you slightly give a telegraph on your left jabs. You are now slightly rolling it back and then it goes forward. Just snap it out and only let it go forward so you don't give your opponent much time to react. Any tel' you give adds time to the punch. Take care.

good stuff, the only thing i would suggest is easing up on the strength and throwing 4,5,6 punches in a row as quick as you can to build up good cardio, and practice punches in bunches, lol im not a pro, but when i train with this reflex bag, i always get a good workout throwing combos, oh and good job keeping your hands up, not alot of people can

Just some advice, not being mean or nothing, but your hooks are a little delayed from your movements. I guess thats the way to put it. What I'm trying to say is if someone was really focused, maybe you missed a jab or something, then they could counter it. I think throwing ducking hooks will help alot, like keep you from getting rocked with a huge counter. Just future reference. Either way, you're very talented. I can tell by your technique. Keep it up!

This bag has a nice high spring so it has really good action, much better than the Everlast reflex bags I have seen. It doesn't seem to be quite as fast as the Cobra reflex bag, but just looking at this one I think I may like the overall action of the bag better.

@mastercheestee mine is a TITLE classic reflex bag...I wish I did get the Ringside Cobra! mine does the job but i like the cobra better....hope i was able to help!

I like your hook, your head movement and your straight right,the only mistake I see is when you throw your jab you kinda feint a little bit. A smart fighter can tell when you're about to throw a jab and will def throw a right hand over that jab,not criticizing or hating but just take notice.Hopefully you will and make that small adjustment. Everything else is on key good job.

@srr11 hey there! i used it at my old boxing gym (TITLE professional reflex bag) and i liked it better...to me...it seemed like the pole near the base was more sturdy...but the Silver bullet is still great. i hope that helps!!
