  • Try using a fine mesh colander...or ask for a gnocci masher...in India they use a similar version for making puranpoli filling...works for me.

  • That boondhi ladle could make many kitchen tasks easier--anything to do with "pearls" for sure, and I can see variations like "cocoa puffs" or popcorn flavor boondhi. This technique opens up many possibilities.
