Idk if this will help you or not, but I suffer badly with my skin. (Some due to illness) So I have to be very particular. I started eliminating paraben containing products from my lotions/soaps/moitsurizers, etc. & my skin is ALOT better. Example, I went against my no paraben & used Cetaphil 2xs & BAM! Breakout city. If you use Dr. Bronners, I'd use baby mild 1st b/c it's for sensitive skin. HTH

applying lemon juice to your face after you wash it, removes dark spots. it stings but it works. after you apply the cream
