Yup, laptop batteries can save heaps of $. But they have to be ones that have sufficient capacity I.e. Can draw sufficient power per second. I didn't use jb's arduino sketch, doesn't work with different versions of arduinos. Had to make my own. Mine will work on all arduinos. Thanks.
