I stopped too. Because I ended up in the ER after a night of tossing and tunring with horrible bouts of pain in my gut. And I'm a healthy person who runs everyday, and never get's a cold. But I miss the rush, I used to get the 24 oz cups from Wawa and use the Irish Cream Creamer lol. It charged my entire being lol. So I switched to Green Tea w/honey. No rush, but def. reaping the benefits. And it does relax you a little too. Good video!!

I went from coffee and cokes straight to whiskey. I'm getting much more sleep now.

I've never been to Hooters. Don't get me wrong, I do like breasts, no doubt about it, but I'm more of a smile person. When I first met my wife, it wasn't until we were engaged that I noticed her boob size, which turned out to be double d's going on triple d's. My friends were shocked when I related the story of their size to them. They were like, "No duh, Sherlock."

Not to be too much of a downer, but my experience with caffeine is that it is just like any other mood altering drug in that the first buzz is really good but after that you are just chasing the first good buzz but never reaching it again. Soon you are just dosing to feel normal or even just less crappy. So, I find it better to 'use' maybe once or twice a month at most. YMMV.

Happy Halloween Kim, although it's not as big here as where you are. My daughter and friends dressed up though and hung out and had a small kinda party here, so that was fun! No coffee?? Aww, that's a shame that you can't have coffee anymore. I cannot drink anything carbinated because it tears me up inside. I dressed up as a toddler this past Thursday when we had a Halloween party at my workplace. I love you, my sweetie.

I don't have to many issues with caffeine. Except the hormone thing . lol !!! AND THAT IS A BIG DEAL TO THE DOC'S !! OPPS darn those cap locks . :) Hooters , well they have good food and hot chicks.
