This kind of venue could be the very global seminar that you mentioned. You did mention technology, and this would be a productive way to use it. Morality and Ethics... I think it's the human element that tends to ruin things through subjective "interpretation." Whoever is in a position of power defines/dictates both what is moral and ethical--and controls your thoughts or what you can express. Sorry... I really have the Hatch Act on my mind.
