no but i took it apart and it looks like the rom chip is similar to those in a normal cartridge, i reckon someone could hack it to play them.

why you being such a bitch about it man. I mean come on. am developing a games console which will play every console games. megadrive, sms, gg, arcade, psx, saturn, and more, , it will have over 60000 game to pick from, thats illegal but everyone does it!

If you ask me, Sega could really make it big in the handheld market if they basically make this, but with a cartridge/card slot (and perhaps some extra RAM/faster CPU/slightly larger screen).

Because it's simple, it could be sold cheaply. They could sell a bunch of "Sega classics" compilations, and also develop new games. Masses of people would buy it because of the cheap price.

I got mine yesterday and I'm loving it! Of course it's never going to be as good as my beloved console but it's good for 16-bit gaming on the go!

I dunno in Holland you can get via Intertoys but I'm not sure if that shop is in Great-Britain also.

Also I know this may sound geeky but Shinobe menu music does not sound like the megadrive.

Ive noticed that the music on most the games are slightly different, i think is due to different sound chips and cutting down on components etc...

I think it's the file compression to shrink the roms files or something... it's what all of the developer did to their remake games such as Mario 64 on DS. It's so much better on the original console.

Unfortunatley theres only 20 games on it, but i reckon someone maybe able to hack it like they did with the plug and play ones.
