Great find. I saw him in the UK in August 74. He gave away copies of his single PEACE ON YOU,(which is a great tune) to the crowd . He also had the illuminating Ric guitar as I recall.

The source is an audience recording from a friend. Unfortunately I don't have the complete performance, only a few tracks: Mr Spaceman, Chestnut Mare, 5th Dimension, Roll over Beethoven. I might get around to posting some of those too at some point.

What a pleasant surprise to find this gem! This is one of my favorites from his early solo career. Quality of sound notwithstanding, the raw performance provides us with some great Rickenbacker licks. Too bad there isn't a cleaner version but beggers can't be choosers. Thanks for posting!
