that was beautiful.there is a book called "the baby whispers" I got for my daughter and it tells how to make a 3 hour routine not a schedule for the baby using the the letters E A S Y...eat -activity- sleep- yourself. And also talks about how babies like to be swaddled when they go to sleep and learn that this is the time to sleep by being swaddled they acctually like it ...as you can see when the nurse swaddled him with the towel during the bath....I reccomend this book highly-Amazon for $4..
