The arrow cannot come out of the top if you use sights which 95% of compound bowhunters do there is no way for the arrow to fall out of the top. I have the appache on my z7 and I love it.
this rest improved my shooting by a lot, dont shoot at the same spot twice you will hit your first arrow!!! i already made that mistake, plus half the noise and less vibration in the shot and also some dropaways the arrow will fall off if you have to draw then let back down to wait for a better shot.....not with this one, to be honest i havent found anything to complain about with this rest and iv been looking and putting it to the test. im 100% confident with my bow now, been shooting at 60yrds
"...the last drop away rest you will ever need" - great ad for dangerous game hunters, those QAF are nice for the target range maybe but out in the wild these things will get you killed at best.
bought this from a guy who claimed he lost some arrows because of it. although I think he was turning his flecthings to the right to avoid hitting a power cable, hence his problem. how fast does this drop compared to other nap dropaway? I have a 3000 quicktune that was QUICK
I have just got me one and so far I like it a lot, my groupings went down in size considerably, could fell the difference immediately, took me no time at all to setup and tune with the sights I've got.
no regrets so far, looking forward to next bow season here in Maryland.
i saw this at the ATA show and it was awesome! They had a shootin booth where I put a few shots thru it. Its really quiet on a fast mathews bow. Cool!
i love my apache rest. i can even shoot straight down outta my stand with no problem

I have one on my PSE AXE 7 and absolutely love it. They are easy to set up and get perfect arrow flight with no arrow contact.

I like it but when I want to hang upside down from a tree and take down a deer I don't think my arrow is going to stay in.
