The song is called Tresor, or "Treasure". The kids are saying that this lady here is their treasure. The chorus in English would go something like this: "from all the treasures in the world, you are the biggest and the most beautiful so much so that even the Mona Lisa ("la jaconde") could not compare, and envious is the ocean. You fill me (my life) with happiness and transform me into a lover (of all that is you). I hope that helps some :)
