This is Shin Budokai Another Road. You can adjust the camera settings to your liking, and IMO, part 2 is better than 1, even though part 2 is just like an expansion with 100x better story mode.

The English version have both the English voices, and the Japanese voices, yes. But there will be no difference in the music between the 2 versions. And uh... Just in case any of you are wondering, no, the music is not from the game.
