Actually, as a Canadian I do agree with that to some extent. I don't think it was because we were the "weak kid" considiring, believe it or not, we have a military and is powerfull too. The info is not entirely true. We don't do it nearly as much as the U.S. does and with as much force as the U.S. does. But we did send planes into the Gulf war and we are currently in a mission in Afghanistan that's just been extended to 2011. And in 2006 there were a group of Muslims who were caught planning a terrorist attack to take place in Toronto and Ottawa. But in comparison to the U.S., Canada's been relatively non interventionalist. The premise is right.
