is this in the U.S.A.? if so, what the police did violated his 4th amendment right. a stop and frisk is only legal if they are searching for WEAPONS. not drugs (though if they find illegal drugs they can confiscate and arrest for that) but they are also only supposed to search outer clothing. it is illegal to take off his belt and search under his tee shirt. police are so dirty. (if this is in the usa)

Wrong, if you match the description of a reported suspect carrying drugs they CAN search you without suspicion of a weapon OR if they saw you taking or selling said drugs formerly they can also stop and search you for them.

The ONLY thing they have to do is tell you their name, the police station they work for, what made them suspicious of you in the first place, the aim of their search and what they expect to find. Learn your laws.
