  • The real murderers are the BART Board and and the BART executives. Poor training, racial profiling, the crazy way BART is run on New Years Eve, putting racist prejudiced commanders in charge of Mesherle, after he was already stressed out from a previous "gun" incident that night. Yes he pulled the trigger and should pay, but BART put the gun and the tazer in his hand and made him keep working under incompetent and racist commanders. They all should be serving time, along side Mesherle.
