Hey man can you help me out with my mechanics? im throwing like 82 but its a lota stress on my arm. leg mechanics are good and i know hips lead first but i open my front foot as soon as i start my stride whihc opens my hips. im workin on that..but what else should I work on? how else can i get less arm straint and faster velocity
To be fair he got called on to suit up from a younger team practice to catch my bullpen, with indoor lighting and a white net at the top of the cage. Even more experienced catchers have a hard time picking the ball up. For some reason guys don't like to catch me.

You're doing perfectly what I'm working on. You have a nice and slow tempo until you explode at the last second. You also stay tall until after you release, which is probably why you throw so damn fast. What's you height and weight? just curious.

Down and out not out and down. And time your glove with your lead foot. Watch the best throwers and their glove and front foot move simultaneously. Its a very important aspect for duplicating your motion
when u come back to throw ur curveball dont wrap your wrist you wont get as much tight spin on it. some advice besides work on throwing threw ur changeup. other than that pretty good man good mechanics
Hey im going into 9th grade i pitch whats a good velocity for my age im 14. Also i'm only 5'5 but i still have a lot of time to grow and i feel that i throw pretty fast.
The catcher sucks, but I know how hard it is to catch someone in the 90's, the junior at my school throws 95, and I have to catch for him sometimes if our other catcher caught the game before, so I usually play 3rd. But nice pitching, keep up the hard work.
I have personally seen him throw on many occasions. Michael Rucker throws low 90's. He graduates in 2012. His fast ball has gnarly tail and his off speed pitches are devastating. That is all you need to know.
@RuckMup36 Can't tell but the second fastball that had a lot of tail you twisted your wrist more on the reach back than on the flat fastball, or one was a two seam and the other a 4 seam. Looks really good though, very smooth delivery keep it up man!

@RuckMup36 Can't tell but the second fastball that had a lot of tail you twisted your wrist more on the reach back than on the flat fastball, or one was a two seam and the other a 4 seam. Looks really good though, very smooth delivery keep it up man!
