This video makes me miss Brian Connolly, the late singer of the original Sweet. He was a tragic figure who died of alcohol related disease in the late 90s. The sound here is pretty authentic though. Great song.
i worked in a bar in LaManga spain, and heard this singer twice a week, genuine.......also he was in the original band, look at the 1972 version, he has indian feathers on......
@Electricca2 He does kind of look like him but actually that's a guy by the name of Paul Day. Apparently he was Iron Maiden's singer before Bruce Dickinson.
Some how I cannot picture this guy screaming out "Die With Your Boots On".
@Electricca2 I stand corrected. I think this is a guy called Pete Lincoln. Apparently Paul Day did sing for them for a while but I'm pretty sure this is Lincoln, their current singer.
