I THINK YOU SHOULDNT BLOCK MACE BUT TRY TO DODGE IT. IF THAT MACE WAS HEVIER IT STUNS YOU AND YOU CAN DO NOTHING MORE THAN BLOCK AND BLOCK. SOU TRY TO AVOID CONTACT MACE WITH SHIELD AND WHEN YOU BLOCK IT YOU HAVE TO COUNTER ATTACK IN THE SAME TIME
