I can't believe they said no to her. I mean granted, American Idol isn't about opera singers, but STILL. She's pretty good being able to hit those high notes. Very few people on Earth can sing like that- she should be famous already.

the vibrato sounds natural. Opera uses a lot of vibrato. Sarah Brightman (original Christine on Broadway) had lots of it. Its just a diffrent sound.

first of all. phantom of the opera is not a good measure for what opera is. all of her singing is in the nose. maybe with like 10 years of lessons she would be able to sing opera. she has some potential though
