If you really want a shiny pokemon (besides the guaranteed shiny gyarados in hg and ss) I would suggest looking for Spinda in Ruby, Saphire and Emarald. I've encountered a whole crap load of shiny Spinda. I don't know if it's just my games or what. But the spindas are green instead of orange.

It continues most of the time, the only way a shiny can break your chain, is when it's in the edge of the field, like in this video, however, it doesn't always break that way.

my chain gets up to 40 almost everytime but the shinypatch never comes . Even when i reset the radar like 40 times.What should i do ?

Keep resetting. Earlier it took me a whopping 425 radar resets before my shiny grass came. It just depends on how lucky you are the faster it comes.

Sometimes it comes almost immediately after; other times it can take a while.

425 is the longest it has ever taken me but I already have 11 more shinies from the same chain

Well, uhh, just enter the shiny grass, catch the shiny Pokemon, and pray the chain doesn't break when you come out of the battle. If it doesn't, just walk around and keep resetting the Radar til more shiny grass comes up.

I would wait for the shiny grass every single time after I reach 40. If for any reason anyone tries to increase the chain after that point it just screams inexperience and impatience.

No matter how good you are at chaining, you can still screw up.

It is possible to hack for it, but he's showing is a Pokeradar trick that brings out shiny pokemon by chaining the same pokemon up to 40 times, which increase the chances. It gets as high as 1/200. A shiny patch flashes twice, and contains the shiny pokemon.

Nice, that looks like a hard one to catch (I remember trying to catch a non-shiny Absol in my Sapphire way back when). My shiny Absols were caught using false swipe and repeat balls. That's unfortunate that it broke the chain, but at least it's the first time a shiny broke the chain for you!
