Without rules at best you can only say you are some how [?} guessing. The less blind you are to the target, the more likely educated guessing will happen rather than actual awareness of non-local information. Of course with practice Rvers learn to distinguish between intrinsic target data and extraneous thoughts about the target well enough to successfully apply RV in partially familiar contexts, but only fully blind set ups will convince most intelligent minds of RVReality.
Great response Dick. Without growth, expansion and evolution, we have stagnation, and eventual extinction. Without pioneers willing to push the envelope, we would still be viewing our world as a flat plain, and believe in the Geocentric Universe. The human mind has limitless potential, only if we allow it to be free. We are the only ones who place limits on ourselves.
