You left out the part where they email you 2 days later and tell you you have to call to cancel. Then you call and are on hold for 30 minutes. Which most people don't have 30 minutes M-F 9-5. And you do this 5 days out of the week. Then finally you reach a holiday where you are off work to do this. Something I like to call bullshit!
