This method worked PERFECT with my lab. she is now going on two years old and absolutely love the sight, sound, and im guessing the smell of my shot gun ... she knows when its out its time to work!!! Couldn't be more pleased .... Thanks for the video!!!
I got a 10 wk old blue heeler n I was sighten in a 300 n the pup was right there n was not scared at all but wen he get older will he start getting scared If I don't work with him
I have a chocolate lab and I just decided to start hunting, she is 10 mo old tomorrow, I have a training duck that I have her retrieve in the yard, she's doing good with staying until I give her the command, never heard gunfire, but her mom was a hunting dog, dad was a champ and three of the grand parents were grand champs, I just don't have my shotgun yet. think there might be a problem with the gun fire?

We've always started em at 8 weeks with a cap gun near them while theyre in the food dish...never failed to work so far...
