Seeing as this movie came out 6 years before i was born, i didnt grow up with it but love it anyways! the new movie is for the new generation especially those who didnt have this movie! maybe they botched up the song in the warehouse and a few other parts but it was good film overall, especially the bits that they re-did (dancing in warehouse and final dance). so stop being old fogeys who only live in your memory!

that is because if you look at kevin bacon : he actually EXPRESSES emotion, he looks pissed off in the car, he looks full of passion when dancing his hear t out: look at the remake, that isn't there!!!
