The difference between techno and house is that they both sound different.

Techno's orgins some mainly from synth, funk and electro. While House is funk, jazz, synth and dance. Also, in my opinion, house has more of those "round" or "curvish" sounds. But then again, times change, along with that, music also.

Yet its amazing the other 70% of music is what people listen which sucks shit like rap and such. Electronica and all other genres before it, that infulenced, and preceded it. It is the best music to listen to as far as I'm concerned because I see a lot of people listen to a song on the radio like 5 times and then it sucks. Same way with CD's you end up buying it and then eventually you go through the songs and listen to one for like 15 seconds and then go on to the next and so on.
