With due respect to the profession we today too many cases abound and have many greedy lawyers make a huge killing by aggravating situation and making it acronimous..
The thing is this people, parental alienation is very real and very sad. My son is a invitro baby. It took us 3 years to create him and close to $50,000.00. He was a twin, the twin died when i was 20 weeks pregnant. My son is the love of my life and I would die for him today!!! And now he hates me because his dad tells him to hate me. I dont have the money to fight his dad in court. Anyone who says parental alienation isnt real needs to kiss thier children and thank god its not YOU.
Winning a Custody Battle means POWER MONEY N EGO. Selfish party resorts to discredit other parent. 3 parts to Custody - Care, Control and Access. When we say Joint Custody we mean one dominant party takes charge for Care & Control while the passive half gets Access. There will be a trend to brainwash children against other parent by "Hostile Agressive Parenting"
CUSTODY shud be replaced with "JOINT PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY"
Congratulations to enlighten us about this dreaded happening event todays - Custody Battles during Divorce is about POWER.. at the expense of Children's Emotional consideration... Every child needs both parents unless due to death or serious abuse.

I am from Singapore and I am a target parent of this Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS).
I really wish the Family Court in my country would have done more to help victimised parents like me and many others who are still struggling.
We love our children and just want to be with them.
