There's no way you could recreate this, if you could it would've been done already. It has nothing to do with blurriness, shakiness, film stock or some 'shoe shape', hehe. My goodness, her feet are typical BF, how the heck else would they look. What it has to do with though, is her body and its non-human dimensions. She can only be 7ft actually, because her legs are all visible and with the longer upper body it can't be BobH or any other guy. You can't fit or operate in a suit looking like this.
The movement of the "creature" (guy in suit) is a little suspicious. That is to say, it's moving too fast to look natural. If I had to guess, I'd say it was shot at a lower film speed then played back normally, to give it that quick effortless gait. Also, look at the feet. There's about a second where you see the bottom of the bigfoot's feet, and it looks suspiciously like soles rather then the bottom of feet, and the way the hair falls, it looks far to much like a costume.
@JustAMacGuffin Fake or not, the footage has been analysed carefully. The body proportions are said to be wrong for a human to be in it, and the shape of the head is hard to fit a humans. A human forehead sticks out a lot further then that of a Bigfoot, which is supposedly to have a similar head shape as a gorilla. Also analysed was the 'costume' design, a lot of which wasn't invented back then to which would make it almost impossible to make it look so real. You can see muscle definition here.
So no one's noticed the shoe-shaped bottoms of the "creatures" feet? Or howabout the unnatural movements? It'd take a skilled craftsman, yes, but with well-crafted suit, some strategically blurry photography and a bit of under-cranking and this thing could be replicated.

The shoe shape is objective, yes but in closeups it appears to be rounded like a shoe would be and the hair seems to fall a bit too even above it. By unnatural, look at the creatures stride. I think Patterson set the film rate at lets say 18frames per second, had person in the costume walk across the creek at a pace a regular person could manage, then played it back at 24frames. Suddenly, the average walk appears to be a quick gait across rocky terrain.

I think the footage is probably a hoax. Bob Heironimus has admitted to being the man in the bigfoot suit. He also has the identical walk/stride as the "creature" does in the film.
But, based on some of these pretty creepy audio recordings, witness accounts that seem very credible, and other evidence, I would say there's a good chance bigfoot is real.

I think the footage is probably a hoax. Bob Heironimus has admitted to being the man in the bigfoot suit. He also has the identical walk/stride as the "creature" does in the film.
But, based on some of these pretty creepy audio recordings, witness accounts that seem very credible, and other evidence, I would say there's a good chance bigfoot is real.

I would very much like bigfoot to exist. As Jane Goodall said, I am a romantic, and I want them to be real. But that is arbitrary, and I agree with the professionals who insist on viewing a body. For those who believe in bigfoot, try not to be so emotionally defensive. On the other end of the spectrum, someone’s belief in something you may even find nonsensical is not a reason to slander them viciously. If people can't be sensible about something like bigfoot it is a sad state of affairs.

The notion that people can be as utterly disgusting to each over something as non-consequential as bigfoot is baffling. It is a fact that most experts in scientific disciplines which could hypothetically related to bigfoot (anthropology, biology, primatology, etc.) usually dismiss the idea; but a minority acknowledge the possibility, or even belief in the creature. All of these people are more intelligent than the immature individuals low enough to deliver moronic insults back and forth here.

Nor is it really undiscovered, we know de facto they exist it's just been extremely time-consuming. And it still is, of course. Heh, there are no football pads because a person's physique could not reach that high up. We're not built that way, we have smaller torsos, and since this Bigfoot's legs (not matching human legs either) are all visible, the longer upper body conclusively proves it's no hoax. And thus no football pads. lol Plus, longer arms (yes, longer humerus bones), too broad shoulders, etc. Sorry skeptics and disbelievers, but the good gal was indeed real.

Same storyline same reaction. Just one was animated and the other was filmed, edited, and over dubbed with an announcer to keep you in suspense as they sold you their story line. That's not what happened either. They came around a bend, and there she was across the creek taken by surprise. I'm guessing wind, running water and other wildlife noises is to blame, otherwise it probably hadn't happened, had everything been quiet she'd heard or seen them much earlier and departed the area to safety long before they got there.
